Weidse Weelde, Zoetermeer

On behalf of ERA Contour, we have been busy in Zoetermeer for the ‘Weidse Weelde’ project. This project was designed by INBO and runs until 2024.

The apartment building extends over 13 residential floors, including the ground floor, with homes ranging from 84 to 152 m2. Thereby, eight different housing types are offered, each with a unique style and location. Weidse Weelde comprises 19 single-family houses and 67 flats.

The single-family homes range from semi-detached houses to detached villas, offering generous spaces ranging from 170 m2 to as much as 215 m2.
