De Bonte Specht is a compact building with 29 flats and optimal energy consumption. Sustainability is one of the many special features of this building, with a high Rc value in the facade. This means that the quality is fixed for the entire life of the building.
Special in this project are the sloping balconies with glass fences applied in the same radius, in which the aluminium profiles and laminated glass panels are curved in a radius.
