With almost 45,000 m2, one of the largest construction projects in the Netherlands has emerged on Katendrecht.

On top of the existing Fenix hangar, 212 new loft flats have been realised, which can be subdivided entirely according to the buyers' wishes. These are flats with both horizontal and vertical layouts (including a void). This is a unique concept in the Netherlands. The former warehouse has been given a varied function: living, working, parking and recreation. The residential complex consists of seven floors.

6000 metres of fencing, stairs and structures:
Approx. 1000 metres of barred fencing
Approx. 2000 metres of baluster-free glass balustrade
Approx. 200 privacy screens
Approx. 600 metres of stair railings of various designs
Approx. 520 pieces of muslin brackets

Commissioned by: Heijmans Woningbouw

Realisation: 2017/2000
